Returns & Cancellation Policy

Return policy stated below applies only to return of items purchased directly from Game Face.


STOP: If you are having Technical Difficulties, contact Game Face Customer Service at (877) 426-3423 prior to returning product. In many cases our trained Customer Tech Support Staff can resolve issues. Call Customer Service at (877) 426-3423 Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (ET) or email us through our contact form.

WALMART Consumer Purchases

Game Face Rifles and Pistols are not refundable via Game Face or Crosman Corporation. As the manufacturer, we provide Warranty Support only. Contact your Walmart point of purchase for any refund requests.

All Returns must include:

Game Face or Crosman Return Form (included with your order). Include a clearly written note explaining the Nature of the Problem, your Name, Address, Telephone Number and Order Number. If you have lost the form, please contact Game Face Customer Service at (877) 426-3423.

Copy of Original Receipt

Reason for Return: Exchange, Refund, Warranty Repair/Replacement

Note: returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition cannot be returned without prior authorization from a Game Face Customer Service Representative at (877) 426-3423. If approved a restocking fee of fifteen (15%) percent may apply.

To return a Game Face product (purchased directly from gamefaceblasters.com, crosman.com, or Crosman Customer Service) for repair, replacement or refund, ship to:

Shipping & Handling Fees:

Consumer is responsible for all shipping fees to Game Face Blasters. Returns should be shipped via UPS or FEDEX for tracking purposes. Game Face Blasters is not responsible for returns shipped otherwise. Adult Signature Required: Airguns are shipped via UPS/Adult Signature Required - should UPS return an order to us undeliverable because no adult was present at time of delivery, the cost of reshipping order is at consumer expense.

Refunds:

  • Consumer Purchases from Game Face Blasters or Crosman Online Store or Direct through Customer Service may only receive a refund under the following conditions: All refunds are subject to condition of merchandise received by Game Face Blasters or Crosman Corporation, and must comply with the return policy.
  • New, Unused Products purchased directly from Game Face Blasters.
  • Return within 30 days from date product was delivered to consumer.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Credit Card refunds will be processed back to original form of payment within two business days from date of receipt of product at our facility. Exchanges will be processed within four business days from date of receipt of product at our facility subject to inventory.

Warranty Returns:

  • Subject to terms and conditions of specific product warranty outlined in owner’s manual.
  • Must include original receipt dated to comply with warranty of product. Example: serial number on airgun must be dated within one year. Additional product warranty information can be found here.
  • Include a detailed letter explaining the nature of the problem. Be sure to indicate name, address and telephone number. Allow 4-6 weeks for repairs.
  • Call Customer Service @ 800-724-7486 or email us for additional information concerning warranty returns or repairs of your product.

Custom Gun Orders:

  • All custom gun orders are charged in full at the time the order is processed.
  • After 2 business days from the date of purchase, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns of Custom Guns.
  • Game Face Blasters’ policy is to ship all orders complete. If there are other items on the order that you would like to receive sooner, please remove them and place a separate order.
  • Orders containing custom gun(s) will ship when the custom gun(s) are built.

Cancellation of Custom Gun Orders:

  • Game Face will issue a refund less a $25 cancellation fee within 2 business days of order placement.
  • After 2 business days from the date of purchase, all sales are final and cancellations cannot be processed.
  • Call Customer Service at (877) 426-3423 or email us to cancel a custom gun order or for information concerning warranty repairs on your Custom Gun.

Pre-orders:

  • All pre-orders are charged in full at the time the order is processed.
  • All release dates are subject to change.
  • Game Face Blasters’ policy is to ship all orders complete. If there are other items on the order that you would like to receive sooner, please remove them and place a separate order.
  • Orders containing pre-ordered products will ship when all products on the order can be shipped.

Cancellation of Pre-orders:

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time.
  • Your credit card will be refunded within 2 business days from date of cancellation.
